I need some help with my order who can I speak to?

If you have a question about your order please email hello@dresslikeamum.com. We'll do our best to get back to you asap. We try to answer all emails and social media enquiries within 24 hours, but as working parents sometimes it can take a bit longer so thanks for your patience. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 days of purchase - you will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.

We use My Hermes to send out most deliveries and orders. More information on shipping can be found at the checkout. 

Will I receive a tracking number?

You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.

What if I don't like my order or it doesn’t fit? Can I return it?

You have 28 days to return an item if it doesn’t fit or you are unhappy with it. Items must be returned in the same condition as they arrived and you the buyer us responsible for the returned postage costs.

Project DLAM items - What do I need to know?

In order to try and be more sustainable we have created Project DLAM products on a made to order basis. Therefore we sadly can’t refund or replace items if you have just changed your mind, or ordered the wrong size or colour.
Once a product has been produced and customised, there’s no way for us to then sell it on. However, we will offer a refund or replacement if your product is damaged or faulty. If the item is damaged or faulty then please email hello@dresslikeamum.com and we will be back in touch.

All returns need to be back to us in the condition they were received - unused, unworn, unwashed, complete with the original packaging and tags. If you’ve bought something as a gift, please don’t bin the product tags till you’re sure it doesn’t need to be returned. Please allow up to 10 working days, from delivery date to us, for your return to be processed. Once the return has been processed, all refunds will be made only to the original card used for the purchase. The refund may take 7-10 working days to show in your account. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

How do I return my item?

We hope there will be no need, but of course if you need to return or exchange them please either email hello@dresslikeamum.com or print and complete our returns form within 28 days and we will arrange it ASAP. However, please note this doesn't apply to Project DLAM items unless there is a fault or the item is damaged.

Please post your goods back to us within 28 days including your name and order number within the parcel.

The items must be sent back unworn or unused, in saleable condition with their original tags and packaging.

All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded or tracked service.

Do you do exchanges if I need a different size?

If you would like to exchange an item please email hello@dresslikeamum.com so we can check availability for you. However we cannot do this on Project DLAM items. See above for more info. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. Just follow the steps at checkout and we will charge you accordingly. We aren't responsible for any custom charges. If you have any questions about it then feel free to drop us a line and we can advise/ help. 

You say you've posted my parcel, and it's been a few days but it hasn't arrived... what shall I do? 

We are a small company and we rely on our delivery company to deliver our products to you safely and securely. However, sometimes somewhere something can go wrong. If this is the case please email us at hello@dresslikeamum.com and we will work with you to find a solution asap. 

What if I need to cancel my order? 

If you need to cancel your order please contact hello@dresslikeamum.com ASAP and we will do this for you.
