BRAND: WILDFIRE TEEPEES

Wildfire TeePees was born after Lindsey made her son a Teepee for his 1st birthday and because of a desire to create cool kids toys that she didn't mind sharing her home with.

Here Lindsey gives us some more info about how it all started and where it is going: 

NAME OF BRAND/COMPANY: Wildfire Teepees

DATE IT WAS FOUNDED: October 2015

BY WHOM IT WAS FOUNDED: Lindsey Aitken a fashion buying for 15 years embarking on her second maternity leave, it seemed like the perfect time to start a small business and to begin to furnish the world with cool teepees.

WHY WAS IT CREATED: Inspired by the need to find kids toys that looked great and that we didn't mind sharing our home with, Lindsey made her first teepee for her son's 1st birthday. Following requests from friends and family to make more, Wildfire Teepees was born.

WHAT WE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR BRAND: The focus is on simple design and quality materials. Monochrome prints on quality 100% cotton canvas with pops of bright coloured herringbone trim.  The tulip wood poles have been sourced for their pale colour and smooth surface, which makes them perfect for being around the littles and compliments the monochrome prints perfectly. They are starting small, offering simply teepees and bunting but with grand plans for new coordinating products like mats, cushions and toy storage in 2016.
